INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHAIR

The future of any society is inextricably linked with the development of the education system by the quality of the graduates. Today in our republic, large-scale work is being carried out to radically improve the education system, the Laws on Education and the National Program for Personnel Training have been adopted, on the basis of which a base for training highly qualified personnel for all sectors of the economy has been created. At the department "Chemical Technology" educational-methodical, scientific-methodical, scientific-research, spiritual-educational and educational work is conducted among students.

Department "General Chemistry" was established in 1983 in the Jizzakh branch of the Tashkent Polytechnic Institute under the supervision of professor, doctor of chemical sciences Kurbanov Farhad Kurbanovich.

From 1995 to 2005, the department was headed by Ph.D., Associate Professor B.Urdushev, 2006-2010, Ph.D., Associate Professor N. S. Tangyarikov, 2011 Ph.D., Associate Professor I. Ruzmatov , 2012-2016 years, Ph.D., Associate Professor M.Pozilov, since February, 2017, the department is headed by Cand.Phys.Sc., Associate Professor I.Ruzmatov.

Location of the department: Republic of Uzbekistan, Jizzakh region, Jizzakh city, Islam Karimov street, 4.

The department currently has the ties of the commonwealth with the following institutions and enterprises of the republic: the Tashkent Institute of Chemistry and Technology, the Research Institute of Polymer Physics and Chemistry, the General and Inorganic Chemistry Research Institute, the Research Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic, and the Gallaaral Industrial College, Dustlik Agricultural College, Jizzakh Battery Plant, Jizakplastmassa JSC, Jizzakh Cement JSC plant ", with Jizakpolimerplast LLC, Zhizakhdonmahsulotlari, Sogdiana pipe plast, Buston Olami and others.

The volume of the training load is 15071 hours, of which lecture classes are 1,606 hours, practical 2136 hours, laboratory works 1,782 hours, coursework and projects 985 hours, practices 2,520 hours, graduate-qualified jobs 2,940 hours, master's theses 150 hours, consultations on disciplines 82 hours, master's scientific research and scientific and pedagogical work 1500 hours, rating control 1370 hours, including 627 hours per hour. For the teaching staff, the full-time unit is 15.75 people. The technical staff consists of 3 people. Of the faculty members, two are doctors of science, professors, five candidates of science, associate professors, five senior teachers and seven assistants. The scientific potential of the department is 36.84%.

Now the department is engaged in the preparation of bachelors to the direction 5320400-Chemical Technology (according to production). 371 students study at the bachelor's degree. The department also trains five undergraduates in specialty 5A320408-Chemical resistance of materials and corrosion protection.Each year, quotas are formed for the admission of students, depending on the customer's purchase order by the enterprise and regional organizations. 5320400 ( ).

Objects of professional activity of bachelors in the educational field 5320400-Chemical technology (in production) are: the structure, composition and properties of raw materials and finished products, the basics of industrial technology and prospective production processes, high-performance technological equipment, their use and maintenance.

Types of professional activity of bachelors in the educational field 5320400-Chemical technology (by production):

  • production and technological activities;
  • design and engineering activities;
  • experimental and research activities;
  • pedagogical activity in the system of specialized secondary vocational education;
  • in the sphere of social and public activity.

A bachelor after a professional training can continue his studies on a master's degree for two years to a pedagogical school, guaranteed by state bodies.During the period of pedagogical activity, there is a refresher course for every three years.Currently, applicants are being admitted to two types of educational direction:
